Quick Prawn and Peas Pasta Recipe
This is one of the quickest recipes for a delicious lunch or dinner. You only need a couple of ingredients that will provide you with a feast in under only 30 minutes.

- 1 shallot
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups prawns
- 1 tbsp creme fraiche
- 300 g pasta spaghetti 10.58 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese
- chopped fresh parsley
Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Warm up some olive oil in a pan together with finely chopped shallot and 2-3 cloves of garlic.
Add some frozen peas and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
Scoop it all up to one side of the pan and let prawns quickly sear and cook on the other side. They will take literally a couple of minutes.
Season to taste.
Add previously cooked pasta and a tablespoon of creme fraiche. A bit of pasta water, for sure.
Combine everything, add some fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve!
