I love sardines in all kinds of combinations and cooked in every possible way. They are super delicious, simple to make and packed full with nutrients. And done in no time!

- 500 g sardines 17.64 oz
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 50 ml white wine ΒΌ cup
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
Prepare the fish.
Season it with salt and pepper, add some olive oil and white wine. Add garlic and one tablespoon of breadcrumbs.
Roast it in the oven for about 25 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius. And enjoy!
